Combat Power and Special Stats
Interpret the character's strength indicator and important combat modifiers.
Read Combat Power
Combat Power combines main and secondary stats with attack, damage, boss damage, final damage and critical damage into a comparison value. The adjacent question mark explains its calculation.
Inspect the useful modifiers
- Press S and hover a special stat for its effect.
- Boss Damage applies to bosses; Normal Monster Damage applies to ordinary monsters.
- Critical Rate is the chance to crit, capped at 100%; Critical Damage improves successful critical hits.
- Final Damage and Ignore Enemy Defense use multiplicative calculations.
- Bonus EXP Gain affects monster EXP, not quest rewards or all content rewards.
Find sources of improvement
Equipment enhancements, Hyper Stats, Maple Legion, Link Skills and titles can improve special stats. Check each item's or skill's own tooltip: some effects apply only to particular skills, enemies or situations and may be excluded from the displayed total.
