Raffle Dashboard
The dashboard separates attempted entries, finalized results and historical rewards from supported activities and bosses.
Checking entries
Supported content or a used Pure Boss Essence registers an attempt. Raffle Entry shows whether registration succeeded, possible rewards, party information and the draw countdown.
Daily draws occur at 00:00 UTC; weekly draws occur Thursday at 00:00 UTC. Green-star and red-lightning indicators describe lower and higher competition.
Claiming results
Raffle Results shows finalized rewards or an UNLUCKY outcome. Standard rewards become claimable after three days; qualifying MVP ranks can shorten this wait.
The listed claim deadline is seven days from appearance in Results. The on-screen timer is essential because unclaimed rewards expire. Returned coupons from eligible unsuccessful equipment draws also expire after seven days in Maple Storage.
History and character linking
Weekly Lucky Results covers four weeks, including wins that expired unclaimed. Raffle History retains past results.
Pending entries must be surrendered before unlinking a character, and claimable rewards must be collected first.
